A movement session held at sunset, designed to close the day with intention.
The format rotates — yoga, pilates, functional movement — depending on the week and what the body collectively needs. Each session is led by a specialist that we carefully curate and vibe with. The benefits are straightforward: improved flexibility, muscle activation, stress reduction, improved posture. We'll call it a day with a regulated nervous system and maybe a healthy spritz.
